WiConnect Wireless has implemented a Storm Emergency Plan.
This plan allows us to communicate with our customers but allows us to focus our energy on repairing our storm damage.
When implemented we will incorporate an Auto attendant to answer all incoming calls. This auto attendant will give details of our outages and let you know that we are aware of the issues. It will allow you to leave a message or transfer to our support desk as well. We are also working on an outage map that will give you real time information regarding the status of our network and outages that we are currently working on. This will hopefully be implemented in the Spring of 2018.
