We also offer several different payment options that you can change to at any time as they are convenient for you. These programs are outlined on our website under the billing policies section.
These Billing and Payment Options are available:
- Monthly Electronic Billing through Portal (both “Send in Payment” and “Pay Online” options)
- Monthly Auto-pay with Credit Card, Bank Card, or E-Checks
- Monthly Paper Billing – Additional $3 Fee Applies
- Prepaid 6 and 12-month options (both “Send in Payment” and “Pay Online” options)
Our Customer Web Portal is available for you to access your account information and print and pay your invoices online if you choose. We are also developing many other functions including the ability to upgrade and change your service plans instantly online. You can log on to your web portal from our website under the customer menu.
