Hello, and welcome to WIConnect Wireless! Today, I am going to show you how you can find out if you are in our service area, and how to sign up to get a free site survey if we feel that you have a good chance of getting installed. As a bonus, if you are already a current customer, you can use this same form to enter referrals, and get a $50 credit on your next bill. As an additional bonus, we will give the referred customer a $50 credit on the installation.

First, let’s click on availability on the navigation menu of our site. This will load the form that you need to fill out. Fill in your information, then click on the button at the bottom of the screen. A dialog box will appear, that gives you some very important information. Please read it. Once you finish reading, you may dismiss that, by clicking on the “Show the map” button.

It is very important that you find YOUR home, so once the map appears, locate your home, and drag the red arrow to the top of it. You can use Satellite mode to assist you in finding your home exactly. Once you have located your home, you can then zoom out, and look for the nearest internet tower that we have. It might be easier to see the tower icons if you go back to map mode. Once you find the nearest one, click on it, and you will see a profile line that is drawn from your home to the tower.

If the top of the chart, at the bottom of the map, shows green, you are probably able to get service. If it shows orange or red, it is possible that you won’t. Once you are finished, click save. You are all done. Someone will contact you within 2 business days to let you know your status.
